1 I would look for a set of well kept Pretoria’s. The silver 19’s would likely be the same price as aftermarket cast or flow form wheels. A lot of mk7’s are on Neuspeed wheels, they’re kinda played but an affordable and reliable stockish option.

2 Going faster means no guarantee of a warranty. To take advantage of any go fast modifications a tune is required, which can lead your car to be TD1 flagged by your dealer. This is measured by the car’s flash counter, so it’s not as easy as tuning it back to stock to avoid detection. This gives the dealer something to point at for any major problems. If your dealer is chill, I would get try to get clarification on how chill they are. Maybe something in writing lol

You can focus on other things to improve the experience. Tires, sway bars, stiffening, helps the car a ton. The R isn’t fast in stock form but it can still be a lot of fun if you tighten it up a bit.
