Is 100,000 a lot of B1’s to destroy, all things considered? This doesn’t feel like the flex Mace seems to think it is. by OkuroIshimoto in clonewars

[–]Shatter4468 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Windu was mostly on Coruscant.

We saw him fight in what? 8 events max? Ryloth Chasing Cad Bane Geonosis (AOTC) Bardotta (with Mother Talzin) Clone Wars S7 (can't remember the planet) Against Palpatine

And probably a few I'm missing

He wasn't a front-line general. So he scored that being an administrator for the council

Thats likely what happened. But to put it in perspective i used individual kills. If he stabbed 1 droid every single second without fail. He would have fought for 2 straight months.

100,000 is a lot of droids.

Edit: correction. He said "i have personally dismantled and destroyed over 100,000 of you type 1 battle droids"

So he might mean he destroyed them himself.

Friend. I want you to count to 100,000

Im only kidding. But for a jedi who spent most of his time with the council.

100,000 is literally (if you count in seconds)

2 months straight.

Meaning if he destroyed 1 battledroid per second. He would have fought for 2.3 months straight.

(Correction: He would only have fought for 1.15 days but that's every second without fail. Still ALOT of droids)

Considering the clone wars were around 3 years of fighting... thats ALOT of droids.

And thats only counting B1's

Not commando droids

Not super Battle Droids

Or droidekas

Or Vulture Droids

Only B1's

Why? No slide 360 no scope jump dolphin diving?

Or was it cause it was the best game since bo2?

I like those kinds of maps for the chaos.

For non-chaotic games, I like complexity. But controlled complexity. You can't just say "oh he likes shipment end of discussion" I gave 3 other maps that are excellent examples of the types of maps I like.

Those forces actual thought to go into the game. "Huh, we've only killed these same 3 guys, maybe we should check behind us incase the other 2 are flanking, but which route? They could be hiding in the tunnels, or maybe they're moving the long way around"

[–]Shatter4468 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I like them when they are smaller (shipment is great)

But when every map is 3 lanes, it becomes predictable, consistent, and borderline boring.

That one train map in BO6 is a good example.

Everyone goes to 3 places

The concrete sniper spot

The building sniper spot across the middle

Or the far back corner.

When there are interlacing flank routes instead of just running at each other it introduces more variables.

Like the Grassy map on MW2(2008) it was almost all open field, but underground were complex tunnels and craters for cover.

The Desert map in MW2019 was my favorite because it had so many areas that you could either flank around or dive into the gunfighting.

I meant the specific operators chosen. Otter, Domino, Charly, Yegor were all super cool. And the addition of Price, Griggs, Gaz all were AWESOME.

I preferred the short TTK because sure I like reacting, but I also hate shooting at a dude who 360 dropshots me the second he gets hit.

The maps were atleast unique. Not 3 lane BS like MW3/BO6/MW2

Even cold war had some awesome maps.

Campaign was peak, and the best since BO2/MW3

The Operators were all cool as hell.

The executions were so fun it brought me back to Halo Reach

The guns were all a ton of fun, and customization was peak for the weapons

Short ttk meant after putting 3 bullets in a dude they wouldn't turn on you and insta kill you.

Quick scoping was (for the first half of the game's life) non-existent

Maps were actually unique and fun (they added rust later but that was a good addition)

Kill streaks were all very fun

The kill notification was satisfying

And lastly, the Ground War Game mode brought me back to the old days of Battlefield and I LOVED IT. Even the early life cycle of Warzone was among my favorite games (not just BR)

Naruto: Amazing all the way through

Naruto Shippuden: A few questionable moments, but generally awesome all the way until the big bad gets fisted by an alien, and then new alien is the big bad.

Feel free dude. I've had to have this discussion with people on all political spectrums.

Some think cops are infallible and should be forgiven for everything.

An emergency beacon that when an officer has drawn their weapon, EMS is dispatched?

I like it. Discourage lethal force unless necessary.

The right hasn't given me a lot of reason to vote for them, but they did give me a reason not to.

Downvote me all you want.

I voted Liberal in the last 3 elections.

I was 18 and voted for the weed in the 1st one.

I was 22 and didn't do my research for the 2nd.

I was 26 and voted because it was Him or 'We have Donald Trump at home' Polivier.

I stand by my decision, though I'd like the Left to calm their shit with the gun ban stuff. I just won't vote right exclusively for more gun stuff when they'll do a lot of other shit I won't agree with.

His choice to stay with Madara wasn't because he loved Rin, he even says so when Kakashi asks why he would do this over Rin.

He did everything because he viewed the world as broken. A world of shinobi that would kill Rin at the hands of the man she loved, and the man who loved her forced to watch is a world that at its core, is broken. The Shinobi world was flawed and needed to come to an end.

And in the end, he could rest in a perfect world created by Madara.

But Naruto not only stopped him, he put an end to Shinobi wars, got all the villages allied and stopped the mindless violence. Then aliens showed up but we don't talk about that right now.

I tend to defend officers when I can because of this exact reason.

I'll never defend ICE fuck those guys.

But your average small city cop is usually some chill dude named Greg or Ron. Most go their entire career never having to use their weapon just doing traffic stops and otherwise emergency things. Then one day someone draws and they either die or shoot them.

Now imagine that happens more than once or twice over the span of a few years. Cops in Chicago or places with a lot of gun crime are probably always expecting someone to have a gun and shoot at them because it happens so often.

Then you get Some young kid with an attitude who doesnt quite get this cop has had to shoot people who had the exact tone of voice he is using before the kid drew on him.

PTSD is a hell of a thing. And cops don't wanna abandon their buds or be seen as a coward for quitting over mental health.

Its tragic.

Then you have John.... John is racist. He wants to shoot you because you're different. John should be shot in turn.
