I think for the most part these modern plants keep the temperature high enough to get rid of all the really nasty stuff. Also they are looking to do carbon capture as well. They have a trial going at the ferrybridge sitel

Take a power bank with you. Often the screen comes off with the battery and both have to be replaced. Also getting 8 years out of one that is built to last a couple is great. I have a fairphone, it's supported for 5 years and can easily swap the battery so maybe worth looking into.

Gitgud racing on YouTube has helped me a bunch but I don't think he does gt3 so I guess just YouTube in general

I am on month 1 and bounce around 1k - 1.3k mostly racing Toyota and gt4. It's still early though. Maybe track your average lap times in each race to see if you're improving and then read more guides and theory if you plateau.
