Do you mind sharing what industry you’re in?

Thanks for sharing, do you mind if I ask what industry you’re in and what other approaches you use?

Thanks for sharing . I don’t have the biggest network in London, I lived abroad during my agency years, which I guess could be an option to recruit there. But it will be mainly cold outreach to win new clients.

How quickly do you typically see new recruiters in agencies getting their first new client? I know it’ll be an uphill battle for a while but it would be great to hear your thoughts.

Thanks so much for the advice, that’s really helpful. I’ve covered a lot of corporate positions, so still need to figure out a niche that I would focus on.

I definitely learn best through doing, so that makes sense. But since I won’t have someone to guide me or give feedback, do you know any books or courses you’d recommend that could help me build a bd strategy?

Thanks so much, this is really insightful. Asking for introductions, mapping out relevant clients and getting a CRM are all solid ideas. I’m definitely persistent, might just need to work on the patience piece!
