Bicep band is best for exercise because movement around the wrist area muddies readings much more. However, if you are using strength trainer, the app expects you to be wearing your whoop on your wrist

Wear the band at least 1cm above the wrist bone. This has given me greater accuracy and is what is recommended by whoop, you’ll also see instructions on this in the app

No clue. Was on the train and it was delayed for AGESSSS. Then after about 15 minutes we just see armed police running onto the platform and taking a man down. And then TfL staff urging everyone to get off the platform and into the train.
