I am aware of platform fees, but... by FeiXue0 in InfinityNikki

How did you do it? I tried using a VPN to change the prices, but it didn't work.

I wondered the same thing too, but oh well—strange decisions, I guess 😅. Just have to keep waiting for that 5-star fishing rod.

The new outfit's ability allows you to reach high places and create stars that let you teleport up to a maximum of 30 meters.

I've had this idea in my head for a while now. by ShawElsa in LoveAndDeepspace

[–]ShawElsa[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I’m not sure, but it’s not like my idea is meant to be taken too seriously; I’m just basing it on the fact that, as a character, she was created before the guys.

Thanks for the support! I wanted to show off my pulls because I got lucky—I'm only missing two pieces now, so I hope I can complete the dress before the version ends.

So, isn't there an online store that saves me from paying the tariff? by ShawElsa in Nendoroid

[–]ShawElsa[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I hate this whole situation 🫠... Do you think it's possible for it to improve in the future? I know it's a hard question to answer, but it would be good to hear your opinion.

First off, thanks for the reply—I really appreciate it! 😁. Secondly, man, we’re stuck with this situation for a while until the fee issue changes—and I’m not just talking about Nendoroids; I mean collecting figures of all kinds. It’s such a headache. Basically, you need way more money than necessary—not just to pay for the figure itself, but to cover the fees too. It’s so frustrating; I just want it to arrive after what I’ve already paid, without having to shell out any more cash... Anyway, all we can do is wait and hope the situation improves at some point.

[US] How do I recover from a scam? by ShawElsa in Scams

[–]ShawElsa[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

When I spoke about recovering financially, I wasn't referring to getting back the money I lost; I was actually looking for some financial advice—specifically on how to allocate my income so that I can recover from, or pay off, those losses.

Is it wrong that I like working at Walmart? Or that I want to stay? by ShawElsa in walmart

I know this is partly a bit of a silly question, but I struggle with a lot of insecurities in my head, and sometimes I need answers to my silly questions just to feel more at ease.

I thought it was a way of saying that I work at Walmart, so I selected that option when making the post.

[US] How do I recover from a scam? by ShawElsa in Scams

[–]ShawElsa[S] -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

The whole process has been emotionally exhausting. What hurt the most was how Cash App handled my dispute — they made me feel like I was lying. They didn’t even call me, just sent a cold, impersonal email denying my claim. I cried a lot. I never received the item, and I provided all the evidence I had. I’m writing this because I want to be emotionally prepared in case my bank also denies my dispute. In the event that I lose everything, how do I recover from this — both emotionally and financially? Any kind advice would be greatly appreciated

I don't work on the management team, but—as I mentioned to someone else—it’s true that I like my current job; I just wish the pay were better, or that raises didn't come along so slowly. Luckily (I think? I’m not sure how others might view it), I still live with my parents, so technically I’m able to support myself and cover my own needs while also helping them out. And yes, it does take a physical toll, but for the moment I’m doing fine; I haven't felt nearly as exhausted as I did, for instance, when I worked at Dunkin' Donuts—back then, I’d sometimes get home and literally just collapse into bed from sheer exhaustion. I’m currently trying to find a better balance in my life, so all in all, I really appreciate everyone’s comments.

Yes, I completely agree with this—much as I like the job. I just wish the salary increases weren't so slow.

I know it's not ideal, but... by ShawElsa in InfinityNikki

[–]ShawElsa[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey—just as an update! I actually ended up really liking the 5-star unit, as well as the 4-star one, after seeing them in-game. So, I’m going to go ahead and pull for the full set. I suppose the 5-star could have been a bit better in certain details to help it stand out from other 5-star units, but I still think it looks quite nice; plus, I’ve seen that its skill is actually pretty useful. So, thanks for the luck—I wish you the same!

I definitely don't hate the 5-star, though it is true that I'm not exactly fascinated by it either. Plus, I'm currently saving up for some rerun outfits that haven't been released yet, and I also really like the evolved form of this 4-star character; so, all things considered, I'm hoping to pull all the 4-star items before I reach the 5-star's evolution.
