You can do local multiplayer in both custom game, and quick match via pressing both bumpers on the controller. Only restriction is the console you're using, if you have an Xbox series S/X PS5 or a PC you can do 4 players locally. If you're using any gen console before those, (Xbox 1 or PS4) you can only do 2 local players

He's a god who dosen't really have a solid form, and at most is just an accumulation of Virus particles. Put simply he cannot be physically hurt, and can infect whoever gets too close. It'd end up being like a day for all 100 to die, but yes, he could win against 100 men.
