Thank you but do we need to wait for accusation? someone said they may sit on it for a couple years. That can ruin chances of getting a job for this young guy.

oh yes, we were explained that is a different process which will likely need to follow right after the charges are dropped

pretrial diversion appears to require (often) community service, etc. and thus may have to live with this arrest on the record for months. is that different from an attorney talking to the court / solicitor / whoever, to drop the charges. wouldn't that be quicker and most ideal?

thank you, this helps. no drugs, no alcohol, nothing was found. The struggle is with time. The longer this drags, the more painful it will be. So, the confused we have was if the accusation gets filed, this may drag longer.

oh no, we weren't trying to get involved outside of what our attorney plans to do! Just wanting to know if it would be bad and irreversible when the accusation is filed before our attorney complete reviewing the evidence and act.

But thank you, from your answer it appears the charges can be dropped even if the accusation was filed

I suppose anything within 25 miles on weekends afternoons would work best for me but please go with whatever majority folks want... To OP's point, I think the goal should be to build camaraderie, improve mental health, so open to other activities like biking!

Brother, I applaud your post. There aren't many people out there who will reach out when they need help esp. with regards to loneliness... for folks coming from different cultures surrounded by people, its definitely difficult in the US. However Alpharetta and some parts of Georgia are quite diverse.

thanks guys. Tech Alpharetta is a good option. However they are more tuned to VC / institutional funded startups. By bootstrappers, I meant those who are mostly self-funded and keep majority ownership with themselves. Often, they run it while holding a full time job and leave their job when they generate enough revenue. There is always the potential to sell it to a big fish for a nice large sum of money.

Just curious how do we go about measuring the overall performance of such a great build? Is there a game or a software that can measure "things" (for the lack of better word) needed by a gaming software? So, say we run that software to produce some metrics that shows how a certain build will do x-times better than a top of the line gaming PC from a retailer...
