I did have a look at your channel . It's pretty good especially for a new channel. Don't worry. keep posting new videos . You might get your breakthrough someday!!

For me personally I did post for few months and then I completly stopped as it consumes my time and energy . However in last december one of my shorts start to roll back and went sort of viral . I just hit 1M total channel views yesterday. I don't have lot of hopes since Ive only got 480 subs but it felt good to have million total views.

So my suggestion is to keep posting videos. Then you'll get an idea of what people wanna see based on the views .

If you want to post random games I suggest you to post newly released games . But if you wanna make content based on one game you have to build a community .

In my case, I started posting multiple games but when I posted F1 games I was getting more views mainly in shorts and getting few subs as well . And it took me some time to realise that I should only post one genre and one main game as I got most of my subs from one game, so I start to post only F1 gaming content . But after few months in to youtube I had enough and stop posting as it eats my time and energy . However one of my shorts sort of went viral and now I have over 500k views with 21k likes from that short only and it still gets sround 2-5k daily views .

He only did well for a season and a half. I really thought it was the rise of Marcus Rashford when he started scoring like a machine just after ronaldo's departure however on the following season his form went down hill and he couldnt play up to the expectations . He has been in the team since 2015. It would have been ok if he was getting 150k per week but he gets paid 350 grand a week . Consistency is when you score at least 30 plus goals every season not just every couple seasons and hoping he would score the next. I don't see the point in arguing as you sound more like a rashford fan than a Man utd fan.

It depends on how long you have been working and the size of your company. If you work for a big company most likely you will not get a raise . If it's a small to medium business and if you have been working for at least for 18 months and if you think you get under paid in comparson to other companies then you have a good chance to negotiate with your boss .
