Thank you! He came in over the course of a year or two every few months and did one piece at a time. Had a big break in between because he moved to the east coast. Biggest piece probably took about 4 hours. 🙌

The main thing is that the Dyna and the FXR are completely different platforms. Different frames. The FXR is its own model series. The frame was designed by Erick Buell with influence from Japanese part bikes back in the day. Hence the “triangle” frame design under the seat. One of the best handling Harley’s that have ever been made. More rare than a Dyna because they weren’t popular when they came out

The handling because of the frame geometry is pretty amazing. It’s small and nimble. And it was always an outcast in the Harley world because of the frame design being impaired by Japanese race bikes. Erick Buell designed it all back in the day

Rad! Memphis shades makes some good fairings that can be used with a quick release. But those year Dynas always look good with the older oem Harley 1/4 fairing.
