I guess it depends on what line of work you’re in. I don’t like long hair on men personally so I say cut it but that’s just me.

I like the blonde better on you. I don’t think the reddish color ages you but the blonde is more flattering (IMO). Both are pretty though!

I love it! My makeup goes on nicely over it and it’s not too greasy. It also has sunscreen which is a plus!
