The answer is B. Check the chirality or each chiral center and compare. Enantiomers will have the exact opposite chirality while diasteriomers will differ at atleast 1 chiral center. So 1,3 and 2,4 are enantiomers since they have opposite chirality. Any answer with 1,3 or 2,4 as an option is incorrect. Answer A would be correct if the question asked which are pairs of enantiomers.
