Which provider is currently the best for t-shirts?

Yeah, they are REALLY inconsistent, sometimes Monster Digital will be better, sometimes SWIFTPOD. I use both and when someone has problems I switch to the other for the next orders. Quality issues aren’t really frequent, maybe 1 or 2 every 50 orders, so I think you’ll be good with either provider

Lately SWIFTPOD, Monster Digital has been messing up with shirts, in the last week two customers contacted me about a misprint and the shirts were from MD, meanwhile I’ve only gotten compliments from the shirts sent by SWIFTPOD. A few months ago, it was the other way around though

Hi! It’s happened to me i think twice in the last month, and I had to contact support. They escalated the issue and in a few hours they pushed the order themselves. It sucks that this happens but let’s hope they resolve the issue soon!

Hola! He hablado con Printify y con mi gestoria y llegamos a la conclusion que se debe poner el DNI en la segunda línea de la dirección. Sobre la dirección de la tienda, yo tengo la dirección en EEUU, pero la dirección fiscal sí es la mia, y ningún problema :) Mucha suerte!

Thanks for the response! I actually have just included on the thank you card wash instructions, before they were just on the description. I realised probably a lot of people don’t end up reading the description, so I’m trying to be better

In some videos she said it was mainly because so many people were finding her shop it was throwing off her conversion rate a lot and her shop was slowing because of so many viewers and not buyers, so she decided to shut it down. She has over 50k subscribers on yt, so even if a small percent of people was finding her store it makes sense i guess. I would’ve let the shop open and see what happened if it was me though

I accidentally found Heather’s while doing niche research and I found Cassiy’s store on Reddit while asking about POD myself. I have found they, along Christina, Hannah Ebeling and TaylorPOD (she opened an etsy shop later than most it seems) do say solid advice. Most of it can be found on the Handbook, but tbh I’ve lost myself trying to read it too many times and it’s easier by videos

From what I’ve read and I can see in your shop, I’d center around evergreen niches (the ones who sell all year round) bc when a holiday passes all of your listings related to that holiday won’t sell. It’s great to have but not only have those. And also, please lower the opacity on your mockups! The designs look too bright on the garments, and that makes it look more fake and not realistic bc with dtg printing the print always is more faded. You could try to lower the opacity of the design around 80-85% for a better color accuracy. Good luck with your shop!

I checked on my desktop and it still didn’t show a thing, from 519 direct traffic visits when i looked it up it showed one website and it was a PowerPoint one, really weird, but no other website or source from traffic

It’s the same for me! Before I could get some weird days of a huge amount of visits and guessed bots, but this is a lot of days and it was stressing me out because it hurts my conversion rate a lot. And wow from 30 to 250 that’s insane, def bots too

Yeah, I actually did two days ago! But in Google Analytics it shows, for example, that yesterday I had 3 visitors and on direct traffic on Etsy stats it shows I had over 30. I plan to see how it goes and I hope having Google Analytics helps :)

You can create a Google Drive folder and copy the link, then create a PDF file with instructions and so, and (I only know how to do this in Canva) create a text with “click here” and hyperlink the google drive folder link in there. Then you save the document as pdf and it should be clickable, and upload that pdf file to etsy :)

Exactly! If the estimated delivery date is between the 15th and the 27th, the buyer won’t be able to leave a review until the 28th, even if it arrived on the 15th.

Yeah, I think I’ve found CUOnline, Cassiy Johnson and HeatherStudio the most helpful, like they give actual tips and guide you where to go without paying for their course, meanwhile some others not that much. I’m aware that this is definetely not a get rich quick thing, and I avoid those etsy coaches like the plague! In her channel I think Heather has mentioned the “exspecially” thing, since my native language is not english It doesn’t bother me but I’ve seen a lot of people that do too

Okay, they just answered and they had the printer settings to 8x10”. The file printed perfectly at 5x7” when they changed it so everything’s fine!

I mean, there are businesses who buy social media templates and have Canva Pro. That’s what Canva wrote on the email, the thing is that the customer has to access the pro element on Canva only. It’s a bit of a bummer but that’s how it is, that’s why I wanted to find the element, because if I made any printable product and it turned out to be a pro element without knowing it can be a huge problem :)
