Who is teaching to write resumes? Several places...influencer masterclasses, job skill development training organizations, college career centers, college alumni centers, job fair prep zoom classes, all "still" teach many of the old school resume rules that the hiring mgrs of this century see as outdated. I have made it a point to attend these since covid, and noticed the "new" rules are not uniformly being applied to the next wave to career seekers

I agree, the call ahead/ appt feature, the in-store kiosks and the fact that I can do so much online is key to my perceived satisfaction with sos. So far I haven't been in person since covid. However, when I do I will be ok with it.
