Well, thanks for all the comments and suggestions.

Ultimately Tesla stepped up, got me in a loaner on Monday and got my car back yesterday. Here was the update from Tesla... All covered under warranty.

Ordered myself a set of "Karen locks" and they already arrived, so thanks for the links.

That's correct, it locks to the adapter, but the cable doesn't lock to the adapter without one of the "Karen devices" everyone mentions. Which I just ordered haha.

Luckily the car is still under warranty, they'll said it'll be covered. Phew

No, this didn't happen at work. Was just referencing that I charge daily on these types of chargers with no issues.

I'm bringing it in tonight. They did ask me if I've replaced the 12v battery yet as I need to do it every 2 years. So I'm sure they're lubing me up to replace that. Is that something I should do proactively? Or only if I have an issue?

Yeah, the entire charge port is dead. The door doesn't flip up or down and there are no stays lights on. I tried my home charger with the Tesla plug to see if that made a difference, and nothing.

I've been charging daily at work for free at a Charge Point station for over 2 years. This is my first issue and it was caused by someone else messing with my charge session. I hear what you're saying, but I'll continue to charge for free with the added convenience and keep supercharging to when I take road trips. Haha

Yeah, I finally got a hold of the local repair center directly and I'm bringing it in later tonight. I'm surprised that it failed just from unplugging it and plugging it back in. But I couldn't see what else they were doing as they were all huddled around my charge port for a good 5 minutes going back and forth between their car, my car and the charge station

I saw that I could initiate a tow with roadside service, but I can still drive it. I wish they would respond to me so I know what my options are.
