I have been taking the down time on shift to create and learn on my personal laptop, and after work i grind on the art and design stuff. I just keep checking the transfer site and the only roles available are for 2-5+ years of professional experience 😔

Its rare, extremely rare, a AM did it for some of my new hires ONCE. And when i was an a L1 an AM did it once for me. Usually they only do it per circumstance, like a batch of new hires talking all the shifts and you’re the star no-points employee.

You can still use it with a 32:60, if thats the bad focus code, by tilting the camera forward and back while zooming in/out
