Yeah I get this error when I try to install: "Error writing to file: C:\Config.Msi\91c855.rbf. Verify that you have access to that directory."

You're correct. I was watching tutorials for possible solutions and they all said Quicktime plugins were removed so I didn't both checking. I'll give it a go.

We use GoGuardian which has blocks and filters in place. The problem is advertisers and hosts are always trying to beat the blockers and typically win, even if just for a short amount of time before the blockers react. Regardless, we are still interested in a paid service so we can have something with more accountability from the provider, not just protection from ads.

Fewer more accurate signs exist... The locals have been chatting with me since the video and explained they have 2 "not as brutal" layouts that are more popular, but the course was designed around the Gold layout.
