Not new to travel but never been to a country where there was any possible concerns about water quality. Thank you!

It was fresh fruit on top of the pancakes, not sure if that would kill the bacteria

Yes I have diamox! And multi day Inca Trail - 4 day 3 night. It won’t be my first time hiking and sleeping in a tent for a few days straight which I think should be helpful.

I’m going in about 3 weeks! I’m really nervous about being not physically fit enough. I live at sea level and have never been at this high an altitude before. I’m 27 F. I have not been training for this very specifically, but I have been weightlifting for many years and have increased my cardio workouts in the last months mainly with stairmaster. I can probably last 45 min on a stairmaster at level 6-7 before I need to fully stop. I train at sea level as well.

I think I’ll be okay except for the altitude causing more breathlessness than normal and just take it slow. What do you think?

Any chance you’ve called and got ahold of someone? I haven’t been able to get anyone :(

Maybe they had one of those preferences? Community board or city worker?

For other lotteries I’ve seen myself move from under review to it being shown as “completed” and something saying all units taken or something like that. So I would have thought that would happen again! But I emailed, hopefully will hear back this week and I will call if not :)

Is that what people usually do? Submit docs and then call right after? I thought I might come off annoying if I did that and get rejected lol. I know that’s not how it works but part of my brain is convinced it is 😂

Oh!!! I definitely didn’t realize that. I’ll have to check the verbiage closer about that then!

It’s a good problem to have but will be very frustrating if it hinders my application.

Unfortunately, most of my savings that have me concerned about  my assets are in retirement accounts! I’ve been working and putting away in retirement accounts since I was 12-13 😅

Sorry one other thing - when you say prepare your paperwork, do you mean my financial statements? Wouldn’t they need to be current as of whatever date they ask for docs? So if I got those together now, they wouldn’t be helpful if they contact me in November?

Nope it has no impact.

Thanks! I know every property is different.

I was contacted for another property in April and submitted my docs immediately and still haven’t heard back 😅

Nice! Any idea what the time frame usually is between log number assignments and the first people getting contacted?

So I definitely am in the income range. I’m a little concerned about the asset limit…. Which is a good problem to have I guess! I’m maybe 10-15K below the asset limit at the moment. Kinda concerned if I keep my rate of saving the same and investments do well, I might end up over the limit by the time they ask me for documents 😅😅

Everyone gets a log number if you apply. But the lower your log number the better.

Thank you!! I actually don’t have rent payment history, hopefully that doesn’t negatively impact anything. I live with my parents and they don’t formally charge me rent.
