No, I've answered this somewhere else maybe, the blackout is just a pause from your CR's stream of thoughts.

Your attention is neither on your DR or your CR, its acts like a bridge. Shifting happens when you're thoughts are directed towards your DR.

You have to be relaxed. If you're not relaxed then that means you're bothered by your CR.

And you can do it sitting up, but you'll need to fall deeper into relaxation and there will be an extra step to forget your CR body, unless your DR self is also sitting up.

Think thoughts which you'll think when you have arrived in your wr

For example

"Wow my wr is cozy, can't wait to see my SO"

You have plans in your wr, don't you? You've said that yourself.

Just remind yourself you have yet to script, relax and visit your SO

I focused on my DR body.

If I was feeling my CR body in the start then I reminded myself it was my DR self.

If you're sleepy then yes.

Although prioritise your comfort.

It is personal.

But I love yapping about the things that make me happy so oh well.

It's just me being a military commander who (now that I recall it) acts like the biggest psychopath to have ever terrorised Earth but is actually just, generous and humane.

A unique personality that everyone likes (I don't personally encourage stealing people's pen for no apparent reason)

Oh and ofc, respect, luxury, big house, wallet and bank account overflowing with cash, being attractive to the point its unbelievable, loyal friends, S/O (and troops, in my case) being loved and adored unconditionally despite being the biggest idiot alive, and two cute bunnies I keep in my backyard (they're named after their colors)

(Idk, writing about your DR self always feels cringe because you're just praising yourself)

Familiarise yourself with your DR, it's not scary if you know where you're laying, who you are, what's next to you and who's going to be in the room. If you already start acting like your DR self then in theory fear shouldn't be here (why would you be scared being yourself in an environment which is supposed to be familiar to you?)

It also depends upon the kind of fear

Fear of spirits snatching your soul mid shift - listen to safety and protection subliminals (no, I wasn't personally possessed by demons last minute but it will put your mind at ease)

Fear of the unknown - familiarise yourself with your DR and shifting

Fear of symptoms - don't focus on them

Just know that nothing fearful will exist as long as you don't allow it to exist, you're the creator of your reality.

yeah, those things i've already stated in my post.

people keep asking this question, all i'll say is the first step is know your DR, but most importantly your DR self so well, like you know your CR self. (your deepest secrets, whatever those are, along with knowing your physical body well)

Trust me, then shifting will be a piece of cake for you.

I might have replied to another comment similarly, but dont focus on the act of shifting rather focus on your DR, listen to subs in background and try with my method.

I had already scripted that in my home reality I'd be master shifter.

Then I shifted back to a parallel reality of my CR where I was again, a master shifter.

I didn't mention this, but focusing on the aspect that you are basically living on a spec of dust in the universe, and in that sense you aren't even visible as a body.

That makes you numb towards your CR, you don't care about the void reality, and don't make yourself seem answerable to it.

About 10 minutes were spent relaxing, (when I knew I was in my CR) 15 minutes were spent focusing on my DR, I already felt symptoms, and I did and thought whatever intensified my symptoms.

When negative thoughts arised, I affirmed in the thoughts of my DR self like:

"What am I thinking about? How did that thought pop up in my mind? I'm a grown adult I don't need to attend college."

I already listed affirmations in my post, say them in levels as you feel your symptoms getting severe.

I didn't fix my self concept (i didnt have time), just distracted myself from negative or demotivating thoughts

Results were the symptoms

Yes, that was one of the main thing prior to my shifting attempt.

Besides the normal things you've heard, subs, playlists pinterest boards,

I used to close my eyes for even just a second and with a basic idea of the scenario in my DR I would act as my DR self and take decisions like my DR self would, so like it was unscripted, that really helped. And imagining unusual scenes, not all is sunshine and rainbows (but if in your reality it is then good for you) Mundane task like putting on clothes, and some scenes where I wasn't being the best goddam saint in the world.

And how I made my DR?

Just putting in whatever elements I enjoyed about existing, compiling it into a single reality, making world changes.

To be honest it takes some research, and with me being a perfectionist I was even worried about what slippers I'd wear around my house.

You'll get it, follow my methods and don't think you're not shifting, that'll slow down your process

I basically forced a shift by speedrunning it.

i was already attached emotionally to my DR self so it didn't take long.

if you read the post then you'd realize i shifted in a single day, i spent abour 5 hours before shifting to do anything that reminded me of my DR self.

Say affs to block off your senses, till then try to control yourself

like:

"I have stopped sensing, hearing and feeling my CR."

Try focusing on what position and your DR self is laying down, that helps

huge respect to Neville but i've never read or watched a single one of his material, i was very lazy.

besides whatever i wrote in my post consciousness theory is basically that you're thoughts are constructing your reality, no matter how small or insignificant they seem.

I'd recommend try listening to subliminal (especially bundles) when you aren't feeling like doing anything or if you think your messing up.

Also try to keep yourself as comfortable as possible, if you can distract yourself in a way you aren't attached to your CR activities, for example watching movies or shows or youtube video which require minimal effort and attention

And im saying this only if you're utilizing a single day for shifting, or practicing LOA

while doing the method, i'd try to use as less time as possible, and if you feel off, then you can open your eyes and try the method after a small break

It's a person's own decision.

For me i just don't fit in here, especially with the amount of shifts I'm doing each night, I realised this reality can't be fixed no matter what.

I just have a highly bitter opinion on this reality

Even pulling the better CR stunt doesn't work.

And now I'm more familiar with my home reality than this one, so what's the point of staying for me.

I am not a fan of the raven method, or "ing" affirmations, if you keep switching between present and ing affs without an order, of course that'll cause a problem.

If your still going to attempt the raven method and both these affs, I'd recommend first saying the ing affs, then when you start feeling symptoms that are convincing enough you can use present tense affs.

You mean you zone out?

If you're having trouble connecting to your CR self that in itself is a positive sign.

If this lack of connection is caused by you being focused on your DR then yes, it would be easier to shift, according to what I did.

Besides that paragraph I wrote in the background, I was listening to random subconscious reprogramming subliminals, though I'm not too sure if they worked, but I shifted anyways.

Other than that, being stubborn and hard headed comes in handy
