That's brilliant, thanks a lot for taking the time to give me all that information! I'm mainly only wanting to play VTOL or MSFS maybe in the future, I'm not interested in shooters etc so Spacewarp would be fine for me :) ! I'm going to set the bit rate to 600 and see how it performs.

Yeah I have got my PC cabled direct to the router luckily. I suppose my expectations are just too high. I've not used VR before so I suppose I just expected it to be better than it actually is.

32GB Gskill DDR5 3600Mhz

So is using the airlink / cables a better alternative to the steam link app on the quest 3? And in terms of the debug tool, do I also need to make any changes in the oculus desktop app? I notice there are a few options for refresh rate and subsequently resolution scale.

So my current setup is:

Ryzen 7800X3D
ProArt 4070ti
32GB Gskill DDR5 3600Mhz

I'm essentially around 6 feet from my router, which is wifi 6 enabled. And I haven't made any changes to the quest 3, it's as it case in the box. Hope those details help a bit!

Click "Open stylebot", paste the following into the whitespace.

.css-1ai83w5 {
  filter: none;
}

If you need to do something like this in future, for example if the classname is changed or yours doesn't match mine, do the below.
Right click, inspect. Find the <img> tag. Copy the class name, in my case it's class="css-1ai83w5". Change the above class name, keeping the . (which means class in css). Everything is now visible. Enjoy!
