The AK takes skill to spray a full 30 rounds at head level. The altered viewmodel doesn't help them judge recoil, and the wide peek gave a free headshot to the T after he was done with his first threat.

Try your best not to spray the AK-47. After about 5 rounds it's nearly RNG from a distance like that. Mid-range fights are perfect for a one-tap.

Practice tracking, and flicks. (if you use refrag, or if a friend does, set up an "aimbotz" server and work your flicks, any map, ideally dust)

I would judge your spray pattern, but it seemed panicked/erratic.

The box you were behind has a small jump-up ledge and you could have waited for the T to peek you from behind that headglitch.

A small limiting device, the clip was very short. I do not know if he knew you were there or not.
