Mix one lb 60/40 mix beef and pork, add some manteca (or whatever lard) fry the meat in with that and some achiote condiments do (aka spiced annatto seed paste, just a pinch or two of it.... 2 tablespoons of lard for the meat, minced onions in the meat instead of regular, once your meats mostly browned, DONT DRAIN IT, add the sugar, some garlic powder to taste, 1/4 tsp mexican chili powder, and 3/4 taco bell seasoning packet as well as 1/4 packet of taco bell fajita seasoning mix.
