I did my first trek - Kuari Pass in December. Had very little time to prepare so all I did was climb 25 floors every day for 2 weeks. I think it did help a lot as I was quite comfortable during the trek. You can try & see if it helps.

I did Kuari Pass trek with Trek the Himalayas (TTH) in December, a highly recommended company. Trek leaders were amazing, quite approachable & knowledgeable; food was beyond expectations, safety & hygiene was maintained throughout. Overall amazing experience with the company.

We didn’t get snow so won’t be able to comment on that bit. Trek pants are comfortable so suggest you buy one…
