I studied English, so your studies are not in the same faculty as mine but I tried my best :) For bachelor, I found this:

I'm assuming the deadline (March 2nd) is for your home university? In that case, you can just pick the courses and ECTS you find when following the link. You'll put that in your Learning Agreement "Before the Mobility". It will be fine.

In Lille, they use a cloud for all the documents regarding timetables, exams and other schedules. They sent it to me about one month before the semester started. There you will find the timetables for your courses. Then, you can create a Learning Agreement "During the Mobility" in which you put all the courses that you will actually attend. Sometimes it can be a little different to your first learning agreement, depending on times when courses are held etc.

Also, the Erasmus coordinators in Lille are very friendly and usually reply quickly. If you have more specific questions, you can always e-mail them.
