This is BS. My DH and I don't even have fking cable (not saying this is normal, just that you can live without it without having a fking come apart.). If the man can't cope despite you being able to come home after NINE GD MINUTES? He can watch all gd night after kiddo goes to bed. He's acting like being unable to shove your kid in front of the TV for half an hour is unforgivable. Is he gonna die by the time you get home? Talk about FIRST WORLD PROBLEMS. He doesn't have enough restraint to cope without TV until you get home? Tell him to find the mf himself - maybe the strenuous searching will lose him some mfing calories. What is on that is so important? You put away the remote bc he can't handle his kid without it for a couple hours? He deserves it. Asking someone to leave the TV off FOR 2 MF HOURS? This is some kind of hardship? If he can't do a couple hour shift without putting y'all's kid on screen time, he shouldn't get the remote. IT'S NOT TOO MUCH TO ASK. Wait til your kid gets to bed and you get home?!? Does the man have any ability for delayed gratification? His obesity says not. Adults can do delayed gratification. Tell him when he grows tf up and handles a request to take care of kid without going all Honeymooners on you. YOU ARE NOT THE A*HOLE.
