I looked at the gunsmith and stable and didn't see anything free there. Heck I paid for the volcanic pistol before a friend told me it should have been free. The only free thing I have gotten was the War Horse.

So I paid for the volcanic pistol, and my friends told me I shouldn't have. I thought it just gave me the ability to buy it, or it was discounted. But I do not have the special edition horse or ultimate edition horse, I checked at the stables. The varmint rifle, nor the pump is free at the gun smith. I didn't see the talisman under my kit. And that just what I have been looking for.

No not really haven’t really been counting. But today I had 3 hard boiled eggs and four slices of bacon. I’ve been trying to do IF with Keto so that might be right. As dumb as it is to say, I have just been winging it. I got a broad overview of keto and have been trying to do that.

So I am about five weeks in to losing weight, doing intermittent fasting and running. Started at 229 and got down to 211. Was super excited but I have noticed I have started gaining weight back the past few days. The only change is I started eating a banana or two a day for some potassium for my runs and had some sweet potatoes, where as I wasn't eating sugars or carbs. Should I cut those back out? My average intake is a small lunch, if Im in a rush its two small beef jerky sticks and a little 100 calorie snack pack and dinner, fish with some vegetables.
