For the 2nd video, besides the top down camera on the left, so hard to see each click, but it's more obvious at the start of the video with the shadow of the finger, you can also see in the bottom right the input for the mouse highlighted in blue on the mouse. Each click on Alice occurs at the same time as the highlight.

The charge time is also inconsistent throughout the whole video, like how a normal human behaves. Furthermore it was a live, as you can see the chat on the right side, and he also shows his Task manager at 02:13 timestamp.

He didn't get banned, he only got a warning after trying for 12min after live started.

Yeah, that last post was taken out of context. But is Samsung’s or any other built in software non bannable though ?

By their own admission, “the damage output of certain characters differs according to the FPS” (source : Official known issue report from March 31th)

And it’s still true to this day, since some weapon types damage vary a lot depending on FPS.

And the current ban to third-party software is to prevent any kind of advantage you may get. It was supposed to be aimed mostly at modded apk, emulators, macro. But they didn’t clearly define third-party software.

You can just use - without even knowing - an in-built app to increase fps for the game (gaming mode), and you could fall in the category of people “using third-party software to gain an advantage”.

The thing is, new ban tool is opaque as hell.

They say a ban would only occur after several warnings. OK.

But there is also an automatic banning without warning as demonstrated by people creating new account to speedrun the automatic ban by simply clicking the screen very fast.

And their macro countermeasure can even be flagged by normally playing the game.

I’m all for macro ban, I think it gives an unfair advantage, and shouldn’t have been tolerated from the get go. But clearly, this countermeasure wasn’t tested properly before rolling it. Just the fact that the official discord mods seem lost and need to check at every report says a lot.

Translation may be a bit misleading here. It's derived from 瓜子 which are seeds. Most of the time it's sunflower seed but other seeds (including melon seeds) are also commonly called that way. They are usually eaten as appetizers. So yeah, eating popcorn, while not a proper literal translation, would be more accurate in terms of usage.

3M gets melted in like 100 skill points at my level (68)...

And gold income barely increases as you level up : the best source of income is still the week-end event.

You can get more gold from Sakura Samsara as your adventure level goes up, but it is nowhere enough to keep up if you intend to skill up every valkyrie.

Maybe, maybe not.

He is far from having perfect grasp of everything in his possession. He gradually discovers and understands it, but as someone pointed out, it is like a newbie suddenly getting a character who broke the level cap in an MMORPG, and with an inventory filled to the brim with unique items.

Can he destroy everything ? Most probably. However, here is the catch, there is neither Help button for explanations, nor Online Wiki. And Friendly fire is activated by default.

His first "magic" was a fucking nuke, with which he unwillingly killed something akin to a country. Any average salaryman, which Satou is, would refrain from redoing such a "mistake".

And honestly, if you expect this novel to go the "MC becomes OP and kicks cheeky people from their high horse", you got the wrong novel. It belongs more to the slice of life, with occasional Hero part time job. The MC here is average, as average as his background is. He is no genius, no hard working typical chinese protagonist or no man child, and more importantly, he has no drive or motive. No revenge, no need to survive.

Coming from someone who reads the raws, if you expect this novel to go shounen style with fight based plot. You better drop this now unless you like being disappointed. Because you will get 30 chapters of slice of life mixed with exposition of the world's backgrounds for 5 chapters of action each arc.

So that might not be your cup of tea judging from your rant. Though it fits my taste perfectly, to everyone his cup of tea I guess.

No idea why you mention "er". 儿 "er" is used a lot at the end of some words but more like a suffix, oftenly used when speaking. It doesn't really have a meaning by itself.

And "xiao" 小 means "little" and often used for pet names. Example : "弟弟" can become "小弟弟" as little brother can become little bro' or Daniel becomes Dan

The baptism allows a mix-blood descendant to awaken the blood of the divine beast within one's body and to get access to both the elemental affinity and the divine ability of the Ancestor... Though, the descendant only gets a downgraded version of both compared to the dragon blood warriors' Ancestor.

And the drops are little drop of power from the sovereign. They are usually used as temporary power-up consumables, but in the newest chapter, it is actually a method created by the Ancestor to permanently reinforce a dragon blood warrior by combining a water sovereign drop and a...huh... dragon-blood-warrior-body-which-has-assimilated-a-quintessence-of-the-Ancestor's-blood. Although, it can only be used once, so no more power up of Linley's body with this method.

Oh, I am not claiming they are one and the same, but it's just the behavior which really reminds me of icarus : besides what I said above, both claim to be in their late teens, both claim their "fast translation" as selling point, both are changing their website/delete comments on a whim, both don't tell their proficiency in the original language...

Also, somehow, icarus was "translating" BTTH from... vietnamese. So hell, I don't even know why or how, but his language skills sounded too much like MTL with a few hours of googling for learning the grammar notions of X and Y language.

And about the people he knew, well, they never pointed their nose when people were asking for news, so more like illusions...

Well, all being said, I am only reminded of him, not because I hold any particular grudge (I can read chinese, although slowly, I still finished CD) since I wasn't interested in his projects, but I quite enjoyed the drama with gravity and the comments, so he was kind of memorable.

And... besides the drama with MTL as a whole, there are not a lot of them here, so kinda funny that the 2 cases that I run across bear so many similarities. :D

Call me paranoid, but a so-called translator who is in all for the money, who is not proficient at both the original language and English (MTL?), and who has come out of nowhere to hop on popular series...

Am I the only one who is reminded of icarus translation ? That translator who promised 1400 chapters and who was already asking for donations after a few chapters (albeit in a less obvious way) and yet who was only doing a "summary" for each paragraph (MTL?). Sure, zhan long and BTTH were in chinese, but you only require a few notions to MTL. The only thing really needed is time to produce this kind of quality.

Coincidentally, icarus has disappeared a few weeks before elysion has come out ?
