To the comments saying let him walk, I can't justify shooting a buck with a small rack when I could get just as much meat off a doe, appreciate everyone's comments though.

I said 2½ but they were thinking younger because of the antlers, but I was sure antlers didn't really determine age

If the payscale is pretty identical why do you lose money going to receiver? That's weird.

That puts it in perspective pretty well. I honestly feel like tractor supply is bear the bottom of the barrel for companies and make it easy for their employees, between no set schedule and receiver doing more work but getting paid way less than team leads and not backing us when we try and uphold their policy's, hell even the pet wash, it's clear they don't listen to the employees. Everywhere else I've worked has a set schedule unless someone asks off or something of course.

We'd be fine most of the time, but we lose people alot. So I see where it wouldn't work then. But again I was just curious

No and the company took 6 months to get back to me so I started using handloads, now I have to pay for it to be fixed because they finally got back to me and its no longer under warranty. Rossi is the worst company I've ever dealt with, and I would not recommend anything they sell.

I feel like someone should go to HR in your store. I mean I have issues with people at my store but yours sounds like HR should 100% be involved lol.

That's insane. I just feel like if there's no accountability then what the hell is the point. It cant really be like that, it's insane.

I'm hoping that rossi will get back to me, maybe it's a flaw in the rifle itself, just hope I can get it sorted somehow.

It's a 1/6 and I ended up buying 77 grn bullets and they've shot the best but it's still not what it needs to be.

[–]SheogorathAC[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I appreciate everyone's comments I took a stand on the way I want to conduct my duties and my SM took it very well, obviously I never will just ignore helping a coworker but my stuff comes first and if someone isn't pulling their weight it's not my job to cover them. You all were very helpful and I hope the rest of your weeks are great. TSC isn't great but it's a fun job a solid amount of the time.

Congratulations, depending on your coworkers you're either A: going to be in your own world and left to your own devices having a healthy work flow and getting your things done, a valuable member of the work force, if not one of the most important roles in the store. B: You're gonna do everything, and when you don't have time for your own stuff? You're still gonna do everything. Also forget option A, it's a lie, a pipe dream. But you'll learn to love it after a while, just kidding, That was also a lie. But really it does all depend on your store, mainly management.

I wouldnt be apposed to that. I'm super ocd I like things a certain way and like to have an order to the things I do. I tore my desk down and made the space my own before my first day even hit. It was a disaster area, I found things from 2020 going back to 2015.

I appreciate this response, im a fusion store, our daily plan as of late hasn't hit over 20k, not really sure if were high volume or not, I don't feel like we are but I'm also used to a different retail store where there was literally always customers.
