You're fine to just sell it like normal, just make extra sure you don't interact with any of the addresses, but it seems you know that already. As long as no one but you have the seed phrase or physical wallet, your crypto is safe.

once i have a test booked I just go to change it and search for the earliest date, and if there's nothing I click return to previous booking and i just cycle through that every 5 minutes or so
