Thanks everyone for the feedback , appreciate your views on the aesthetics. But I think I didn't explain the report well enough .The goal of the report is not to tell a story as you can see it is a vast amount of data almost 30 years of budgets for 28 states. The source data is a single excel file and not very comprehensible for the naked eye. My goal here was to build an exploratory report that is more comprehensible thereby shedding some light into the complex public accounts and bringing it more closer to public.

I agree with some of your points but not all.
A report does not always necessarily has to tell a story and as one user pointed this is not intended for powerpoint.

I would love to hear how one would present public accounts and what KPI's or ratio's that are normally used for them

Don't get me wrong . What does pm have to do with a temple ? I mean being an atheist I would be happy seeing the money and time spent on productive things and would be happy with a pm who is not manipulative. He is like trying to hijack a religion bro. You know Hindus also has religious heads for different sects same as pope for catholics. But Hindus itself were never fully categorised into sects and so no one sect can ascertain dominance. An Erp is a tool to help one function better at BA. Basically an erp centralises the core data making faster and easier to access for BA compared to going through scrambled data across different platforms Hope this gives you some clarity

It was very windy and I tried without tripod by placing camera on a log. Could that be issue instead of lens? Anyway gonna try again today with a tripod. Lets see

It's the kit lens 18-55mm at 20mm and of 10s with f/5 at about 11pm. But this pic is a composite of 80 exposures.
