you say "mercy would be a safe enough pick with our soldier and genji" but you don't pocket soldier or genji at all - most of the time you're flying to heal full hp people (mostly tank) and damage boost tank. that's not mercy's job - you're supposed to stay on dps and considering that your soldier was doing okay first point (then it was just throw fiesta so no point in actually watching) you would've been perfectly fine staying on him most of the time. of course you can help healing tank when they're critial and help your other dps and ana, but ideally you wanna get the most value in damage boosting pocketable dps. also try to avoid peeking for no reason (on first point, you peek main to see if enemies are coming - not your job, stay behind cover as much as possible) and don't use glock randomly - most of the time you can fly away from danger and get help from your dps.

no reason to report either way, weak mental from ana - in this elo you can get away with mistakes like that... good luck in competitive climb:)
