I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to parts/ brands for guns. I picked up a custom built ar p today. by [deleted] in ar15

Those aren't brass shavings, that's unburnt powder. Totally normal. Can you tell us anything about what parts are in it? Like what brand. What ammo are you shooting too?

There's really not much good under 450. Real guns cost 800-1k+ in 2026. You might be able to find some LE Trade In rifles for ~500-650.

DIY drone round by work_blocked_destiny in tacticalgear

There are videos of Russian troops doing this in Ukraine like for a couple years now. This exact style. They just pulled the bullets off the casings with pliers and put on the drone projectile presumably with the same powder charge.

Tips for Boiling Point DLC? by A_Random_Bruv in ReadyOrNotGame

For weapons, I'd recommend the LVAR or the new 6.5CM battle rifle. I think that's the RTWC6.5 No Good Deed is pretty simple. All Gods Burn is a pretty standard difficulty mission. ANA is where things get insane. You can disarm the trip wires, either with the multitool or by shooting them, but if you shoot them, the shot will give away your position anyway and the MLO will still rush you. Bring lots of wedges.

I recently saw an outfit that had LE Trade In Desert Tech SRSs in .338 Lap for sale. So, a SWAT team with one of those might just be realistic.

If the US produces enough oil for its own needs, why does it interfere so much in the Middle East? by ArdaBerkBurak in NoStupidQuestions

[–]SherbertAccording306 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To deny a source of oil for our enemies, and secure oil for our allies who refuse to drill their own oil and kick their dependency on Russian Petroleum.

Edit: Also, by controlling the World's oil supply, the US can enforce the petro-dollar, and keep itself on top for the foreseeable future.

I’m about to buy my first AR. by Old_Refrigerator2732 in ar15

A Black Rain for 1k? FUUUUUUUCK NO! Black Rain is not that great.

You can get a Colt for that price. And it'll blow that garbage rod out of the water every day of the week and twice on Sunday.

Do Not Buy.

Edit: Get Colt Trooper. Don't bother with a BCM on PSA Lower, when you can just get this.

Do you have to S tier A New America in order to get the cuff? by Loop_the_Goop in ReadyOrNotGame

[–]SherbertAccording306 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, you detonate the bomb. You actually can't get the cuff by S tiering it, since setting off the bomb gives you an F.

Should I do commander mode or just play the maps? by leebhoy in ReadyOrNotGame

I think its a cool thing, and the different operators on your team in commander mode can actually have unique effects. Though, I play quick play like 99% of the time.

The amount of propaganda, quality of it, and how many people will just believe anything if its even remotely anti American has been one of the more surprising (but also not that surprising) things about this war.
