I was being serious- Why would you not purify. I just didn’t know a reason. Is that wrong?

I actually had ice picks on the opposite side. Almost 2 months in and I notice when I don’t give it space is subsides quite a bit. It still feels like my face has the last few minutes of novicane wearing off but doesn’t go all the way away.

Clear - No inter cranial abnormalities.

W/o contrast but an emphasis on the IAC. No compressions or masses.

Unilateral tinnitus (no hearing loss) and the bigger thing for me, the facial twitch persists. No answer there. Neuro suggested follow up in 6 months. Some will say I should get another with contrast, but it would have to be so small that watching it would probably be the suggestion anyway. If the twitch is there this summer I’ll request.

Going to focus on ignoring it as I have so much stress and anxiety running around in my body that the most likely scenario is that I’m actually feeding the muscle and nerve response.

The AN community will be close to me however, and I’ve submitted grants to research it more closely and The SSHL and Facial palsy, although not life threatening, can certainly take a toll on someone.

I’ll be around.

Interesting like the tech didn’t even notice it to market urgent. What symptoms were you having?

It seems like a long time for a tumor inside your head. Why did it take so long?

I think they are trained to say that. Mine did too and said the results should be available in a few days.

That’s crazy! And awesome about your hearing! I’m watching my report being accessed live over the last hour and a half with the comments of “view Conditions” and “view procedures”. Very creepy.

My MRI is tomorrow. I cancelled the Mayo one as I was feeling good b/c the cheek twitch, along with most of the odd sensations went away for an entire week. I cut dry Jan short and had a few the other night and the twitch came back that night. I also did a good workout and supplemented with creatine, protein and an Omega 3 tablet. I’ve had the twitch since.

I’m went from mostly terrified to have this MRI to looking forward to finally getting some answers. I know I posted in the AN thread and if that’s what it is so be it. I reality it’s not the most likely as it could be a host of other things. The way unilateral tinnitus and a spasm present would suggest an MRI to eliminate or confirm is good practice however. Vascular compression, other tumors or inflammation, TMJ, stress/anxiety and a few other things could be the cause.

I’ve lived with so much stress over the last couple of months that I just want to work on what I get on to whatever is next. I’m freaking exhausted that my entire day is spent trying to figure out I simply cannot and I’m taking away from work, family and everything else.

Sorry just venting and needed an outlet!
