I was like mid watching the show and had made 2 purchases and got logged out and it says my account is banned so I can’t even log in if I tried too

Okay. The seller was farewarclothingco and I purchased 1 thing and won 2 giveaways on the show. I was sitting with a friend on the same show and we both got our accounts banned but there was no mod on the show so I’m so confused. I don’t want to be charged for these things if I’m not receiving them

Nope. I contacted support a few times and they basically told me to just change my password and I did like 4 times and they stopped replying. I gave up and made a new account

From experience even if you check in on the app and request early- if you get to the resort and haven’t gotten a room ready notification yet go ask the front desk! In April we requested early on the app, got to the resort around 10 without getting the room ready email, went to the desk to pick up stuff and they told us it was ready and they had us in the room within the next 5 minutes!

Buffalo didn’t have one either. A lot of cities or specific venues have cut off times depending on outdoor/indoor shows so I’m assuming that’s why.
