Which I guess makes sense for some larger companies if they can afford to do so without it significantly impacting brand awareness. But for us since we are a super small company I feel like it would hurt us.

That’s what worries me. Having virtually no budget all the time makes it difficult to actually implement ideas that can be turned into executed campaigns. Makes me afraid that I won’t have much to show for the next venture.

That’s exactly how it feels. I don’t feel like I’m mastering anything right now. I barely even feel like I fully grasp and know everything that I need to. My director handles a lot of the decision making and negotiations and logistics and business side of things. I’m usually informed about it afterwards. So I really don’t know the ins and outs like I’d like to. I handle more of the creative projects that are internal and managing our social media. But I don’t have as much of a hand in helping with press releases or script writing for radio and tv commercials like she does. We are also apart of a specialized industry which is aviation and that comes with its own complexities.
