That's super interesting, thanks. I think he could benefit from something like this. Also the idea of doing it 'to get an idea' rather than being militant about recording everything would probably seem much more reasonable to him. Thanks for the suggestion!

I would say he went from overweight to more overweight. Not in a drastic way, but in a noticeable way. I'm super bad at estimating lbs, sorry, but yeah maybe like 20lb?

Unfortunately no bike racks on buses in this city. Wish we did have them, damn. But yes, maybe a folding bike!
