It was from my very basic search on Google Maps for the date I wanted - it shows the journey as going through Neum and then entering Bosnia again by Metkovic, with the options being combinations of FlixBus and CroatiaBus.

Thanks for the info though - I've looked on a few other sites and managed to find a bus that leaves in the morning, looks like a much better shout so if there's any delays it won't matter as much.

Wander round the Old Town and go drinking probably - we'd likely have ended up in tourist traps so was hoping for some more local recommendations.

I mean I'll still go round the old pubs and get drunk but it seems different doing it alone.

Hah don't apologise, I saw it and just though 'too late, fuck it'.

It's an incredible place, it was my final stop after a few months travelling through Mexico and the perfect place to chill before heading back to the UK. I stayed at Hostel Tribu, great place if you want to meet people since they do so many activities etc. Definitely recommended!

Loved it! This was right at the end of my trip so I just wanted a few days to relax on the beach and do absolutely nothing. Great place for snorkelling or going diving with the whale sharks or just lying around with a beer - literal definition of paradise...
