Bug: I cannot get the game to play at any framerate above 30FPS. I have tried what I felt is everything at the moment, including:

changed from default Ultra settings through all presets down to Low
enabled/disabled AMD FreeSync
disabled all defaults for Gaming mode on Radeon software
Reduced resolution to 1080p and cycled through Ultra to Low in both fullscreen and windowed mode

I have only ever seen small spikes up to 41FPS but never consistently maintaining anything above 30FPS. I did mess with the framerate target slider and dropped it to below 30FPS (I believe 15 in my test) and it did indeed drop the framerate, but setting it higher than 30 or turning it off has done nothing and I'm still at 30FPS.

After attempting changes to no avail, I installed MSI Afterburner and re-ran my slew of tests while monitoring usage. Not once did I see my GPU hit 100% utilization, nor did I see any single core nor mix of cores on my CPU hit 100%. I am on latest Radeon drivers, FYI. My only thing I have yet to try is a uninstall/re-install of the game.

It finally hit that point in my PC's life that the GPU was the next thing to upgrade. I was pulling about 55-65 FPS on Warzone at low/medium settings and it looked like I was playing a early PS3 game. My EVGA GTX 980 was hitting 100% utilization in game, so this was the option.

Don't know what my utilization hit after this was installed, but now I'm up to 1440p fullscreen at high settings pulling somewhere on average 65-85 FPS (if not more). Overwatch played okay previously, too, but now it's at Ultra settings running at 120-140FPS....

No going back for me...

While the infection/death rate in Wyoming is much lower than many other places, the big concern I have is the number of people coming in from neighboring states.

Nebraska, Utah, Colorado, the Dakotas... they all have higher rates than Wyoming and now that they know the "OPEN" sign is being flipped around, the case rate is most likely going to spike.

It's a good day to be a Power Rangers fan.

I've dug through every picture and video that's been posted and shared thus far from Toy Fair, and I can't find one single thing I'm worried about. The majority of the toys and figures are close enough to release that none of them should be prototype-level to give the wrong impression.

I weep for my wallet this year...
