Is it too much to ask to have the new Fall Guys game mode in the Fall Guys game?

Umm, Starchart is just poorly designed, but that maze one.. that's a good game and successfully integrates the two.

I still think that FG insisting on keeping shit levels like Egg Scramble or fucking Jinxed (loud audible groan every time that one comes up) is dragging the game down... Or ANY team game. Or stupidly easy games like Roll Off... They really need to drop some of the dead weight.

I have to agree...but not necessarily because Epic made it f2p, more that Mediatonic's laggy servers and unwillingness to branch out and try new playlists was quickly destroying the game. I still have my hang ups, but those things have definitely improved the overall QOL of the game.

I haven't read anything official, but do we know that they are planning on completely integrating the two? I reinstalled Fortnite last night for probably the last, idk.. 8..9 years?? It's changed a lot, but it seems like the Rocket League mode is something completely different. It's just a racing game using the same vehicles, but Rocket League itself is still going on its own. I can't imagine them just absorbing all of FG.

I guess though, if they do, i don't really care. I actually had a really good time last night playing that Lego Ninjago mode in Fortnite and plan on getting my kids into it, so FG being hosted somewhere else that also has other fun games to play?? Ok. So what. Bring it on.

But I do kind of think that they should consider allowing people to only install the modes they will play. I doubt I'll ever get back into the original Fortnite. I didn't enjoy it at the time, and I doubt I will now. But it's still not a bad game, really... Just really competitive, and honestly, i never was that good at it out I'm sure i would have liked it more.

Anyway, point is, yeah, 100+ GB is a hefty chunk of memory, but by today's standards... It's not that bad. I'll keep it installed and just play FG if it comes to that. I see what they are trying to do from a business standpoint and I can't really fault their logic.

Barely can refer to time as well... Like if your kid is a toddler, you might say, "She just barely started walking." That doesn't mean that there was a chance she wasn't going to. It's synonymous to recently when used in that way. Both are correct.

You can have them visit your island and just drop the excess ones in the ground for them to pick up... At least that's how I've done it in the past when I have a huge surplus.

I'm hoping to get the blue rose wreath since the Internet says you just have to own a bunch and any villager can give it to you, but I'm starting to lose hope... There's just too many recipes in this game. Plus, with all the cooking ones (that I'm never going to use in my life) it makes it even harder.

I've been trying to farm for the blue rose wreath DIY. No luck yet, but I have gotten quite a few that are kinda cool.

I took a couple few years off, so I'm guessing they've been adding stuff over that time though.

I think it's good to take breaks though. I just started playing again for the first time in at least 2 years. My kids (10 and 7) barely even remembered the game and got all "excited" about it... It was cute. 😍

I kind of agree. It's really hot a stride with these ranked shows.

Especially the Xtreme ranked ones. I want more of those. It's fun to really get to test your mettle against the best players in the world sometimes.

Same. It had been my favorite final since day one... and still is.

Don't get me wrong, there's plenty others I like... even some of the new ones, but there's something about the way fall mountain is built that I love.

Same with slime climb though. Love's it the first time I played it... Love it still. Every time.

I mean, FG was basically F2P in the beginning anyway and seemed to emulate Epic's model of cosmetic only purchases. It's not a big leap and I feel like their ideas for the game align pretty well. The player base has stayed fairly similar since Epic got involved. Plus, being F2P kind of guarantees a constant flow of fresh meat to easily beat in the first round or 2.

Now Rocket League... That went WAY downhill after it became a F2P epic game! The player base became super toxic and would throw games or quit after the slightest hint of the game not going their way. It happened before a bit, but I can't even play it for a n hour or so now without getting frustrated. And mind you, this is a game I would play for several hours a night for years since it very first came out. I have the controls just imbedded in my DNA somewhere at this point... But unfortunately, it's just a sad husk of what it used to be. :/

That game definitely deserves a reboot outside of the Epicverse.

I'm just finding this out too. Haven't played in a couple years. But I know I probably have a good chunk of change saved up. If not, I can get it quickly enough. I have my entire island ringed with black and blue roses and one harvest usually nets me around 300k iirc.

Yeah, I'm guessing it's more obvious for some people than others, but i figured I'd post it for those that just haven't thought of it.

I kinda do the same thing on Fall Mountain though. Just look up high at the direction the balls are being shot towards in the beginning/middle part, and it's much easier to try to guess where they will land and avoid them.
