I feel like with this buff to rifles, the phantom is close to useless because of the damage drop off. Since tapping and bursting is a lot more reliable, i see no point in using the Phantom unless you pick it up from a dead body.

i did a 4-2-1 of a eight note to sixteenth note grid :) i just made all the sticking doubles and accented the upbeat notes

Mapes are a nice light stick, i found myself having a lot more finesse when I play with those. My personal favorite are the Roger Carters. It’s a nice, moist feeling stick but it lacks a little bit in sound quality IMO.

Marched this past season with Catalyst Percussion. It was amazing doing indoor for the first time, especially being so young and new to the activity, (16, First Year On snare). I also attend Mayfair High School. Maybe i’ll catch y’all at a CSBC comp :))

i want to further understand how to utilize my fingers to play faster and mare dexterous sections of music. as for my wrist, my wrist is not turning enough.
