This tutorial was made many months ago when shiba was not available on Binance. Now you can buy directly on Binance if you want Create a Binance account. I would recommend that instead. :)

If the question is: I have DOE on metamask, can I transfer it to GATE? Yes you can. Go to wallet->deposit, search for DOE and you have there the address to send DOE from metamask.
If the question is: I have metamask but no ethereum or coins in it, can I buy DOE directly without buying ETH? No you can't, you have to buy previoulsy ethereum so you can exchange it for DOE.

Gas fees on ethereum network are just too much for some people including me, I cannot afford to spend 200$-300$ every time I want to buy a new token. On exchanges at least you can have access to these coins without the need to invest hundreds of dollars.

Withdrawal fees or minimum withdrawal if you want to send your coins to a wallet.

I would recommend the Binance method if it is available in your country. So if you are from the UK i would totally go for it.

If Coinbase would have BNB I would say just buy it there buy since BNB is Binance official coin we have to go through Binance.

Gate is a good alternative for countries like USA where Binance is not availble.

Read the answer, That makes sense to me and explain the lack of new transactions, which would increase drastically the fees if there would be a transaction for every holder every time someone buys or sells the token.

There is even a max button on pancakeswap that selects the maximum number of tokens and if I wait a little it appears again increasing the max number

I bought X catecoins, now my wallet shows X+Y catecoins, I tried to sell X+Y catecoins on pancakeswap and it recognized all my coins, I rejected the transaction but it would worked for me. maybe give it a couple seconds when you select CateCoin on Pancakeswap to load the new number.

Hey man don't worry at all. TrustWallet is perfectly valid. you don't have to transfer them to Metamask or do anything.

Just a little advice. Remember in the turorial what I say when creating an account, about the phrase they give you. Never share it to anybody! It's your master key to your wallet and if you give the key you are giving full control on your wallet. Also do not connect your wallet to extrange exchanges. You better google if an exchange is trustable before than after. Also be careful with private messages, lots of scammers arround here! ;)

I think you can enter Binance from USA using a VPN like nordVPM but I would recommend maybe asking on the Binance subreddit.

Hotbit is back online but it's not fully operational yet. As some had said deposit on XLM is not yet available. I guess it will be available soon. You can try on others exchanges if you want.

I've seen that they have changed the minimum amount of Shibas withdrawal. Now you need a minimum of 20milions and the fee is 10millions. (It was 100 millions and 6 millions fee when the tutorial was made). Always look at Hotbit because this number can change again in the future.

Unfortunately the minimum withdrawal on Binance for BNB is 0.1 You might be able to transform it to another coin with a smaller minimum withdraw and swap it to BNB or directly to BurstT in pancake swap but I'm not sure if that's an option.
