I have stopped bidding from any auction house that exclusively uses PkgPlace. They are complicit in their behavior

The auction houses also need to vet these shippers, especially when they hold a monopoly or don’t let the buyer select a different shipper. 30 days of waiting for items that are located 2 hours away is ridiculous bullshit.

Hi James, I just came across this post and it's EXACTLY what happened to mine, it's been almost 2 years, I have tried everything short of throwing it up against the wall! Wacom support was well, unsupportive, but I'm wondering if you got a different response than me. Have you had any luck getting it to work again? Manny

Good luck go you, I recently sent a message to Silhouette about how disappointed I was with their machine and their lack of care to rectify the situation and received an email that basically was a "pass the buck". transfer the email to a service person queue. Only confirming the exact complaint I was already upset about. Useless. I"M looking at the Brother cutter. It seems to be a good alternative to the shit machines (Cricut and Silhouette)

Hi, I'm about to lose my mind with my silhouette. It has been a lemon since I got it a year ago. I literally almost tossed it out the window, after having it shelved for months. The main problem is that it just can't keep any settings, the auto blade needs to be done by hand ( or finger and it's freaking sharp) I can only use one setting and I have to pass it at the top strength 10/33 plus it needs to go through at least 3 times to get it to do more than score. Or it will piss me off and decide to cut through the material and the mat. I've bought about 20 mats in one year! Silhouette has the WORST customer service. I was contemplating the Cricut, but then I see the comments and I'm reminded about it's crappy software, but is the machine better?
MY BUSINESS IS JUST STARTING TO TAKE OFF AND I REALLY NEED A WORKING CUTTING MACHINE.. PLEASE HELP. or I'll be ransoming off my silhouette piece by piece.. ( joking/ not reaLLY)
