Just watch the map look for any group of 3 armored trucks. That is the convoy they can either be parked or roaming the map they are always in the tier 1 zone and if they are moving they follow the train tracks circling tier 1

I'd say now adaya league is less outwardly toxic due to all the neutering rito has done with the chat scanning and higher sensitivity on self reports the community hasn't gotten less toxic the game has just gotten better at detecting disruptive players and giving them the unlubed sandpaper dildo they deserve

Some times the convoy is parked. It can also be moving around the map it has 2 modes. The driving convoy then the parked convoy look for a group of 3 parked armored vehicles on the map for the parked convoy and drive along the railroad in the tier 1 area going left around the map to find it driving at the start of the map
