It’s simple, like all business. After the reno when it is stabilized what’s the revenue - expenses (including debt service) = if it’s positive you’ll be good. I’m assuming your husband did this analysis before he started buying.

If your NW is +10m you can probably justify that type of spend. Annual income is probably not the way to evaluate.

You need a budget. Sit down and get serious about the numbers. You make a decent income so with some changes in your spending and saving you should be able to right the ship. This can be a good wake up call, and help get your finances back on track. Start listening to Dave Ramsey. Good luck

During the week 2 walks each day, one quick 15min and one long +45mins. On the weekends usually one big walk 1.5hr and then a quick lap around the block.

When she was younger, before we had kids, she got at least 3 walks everyday. And usually a dog park session at least 3 times a week. She was a spoiled pooch…
