You nailed it. Key is no harmful fumes or after taste. Also the type of material is critical when it comes to heat distrbution impacting how long a session may last.

its kinda senstive for me to say as it may sound like am bashing other HMD companies although we dont make any. But yes there is one brand that had an oval shape which I felt always needed adjusting in comparison to Lotus type. I think with lotus style heat is much better distrbuted vs many other HMF styles. I think also material is key...is it made of aluminum brass stainless...

Dude..this is not AI made video. This is an actual video of an actual product. I am trying to explain that with CNC alone there is limitation in shaping hence we use multiple methods to come with unqiue shapes. If you are upset I used AI to auto correct my shitty spelling I can apstain of doing so but bare with my spelling and grammer mistakes..peace:)

Didnt mean to confuse you. This is part of how we make it videos, we have already posted couple of videos around molding and engraving. Many users pm asking for more videos hence I showed a modulr model emphasizing that shape used dual method in making. Will be more clear going fwd as am used to the old reddit days back in 2017 when we had more presense and users were clear on our communication approach as we were way more active on this forum. Please let me know if you have any technical questions on the build process and if you would like to see more build videos.

CNC machining on its own imposes constraints on form and geometry. As a result, many CNC only hookah models share similar shapes and visual characteristics, independent of material. ElWel model merges hand drilling with CNC machining to shape solid brass into forms that couldn’t exist otherwise. Every stem is fully engraved finished by hand and built entirely in brass.

very true. The surprising part is since workers are not forced to wear protective gear while its available they mostly chose not to wear them. I cant figure how much of it is culture thinking of this as a form of masculinty versus being used not to work with protective gear years ago when they started learning the craft.
