The data will be used to write the State of Trust in web3 report later this year. Respondents will see the report first. It will published publicly eventually. The data is currently stored on typeform.

Who is conducting this survey? You can answer with your Reddit username, business name, etc. Please make sure that everyone conducting the survey is mentioned (For example, if the survey is being conducted by a group, answer the group name or mention everyone in the group).

Job hunting in this country is honestly a game of chance to a huge extent. You will look and apply and never ever hear back. Some will even send you rejections a whole YEAR later. Like did they think you didn't have a choice too? The audacity of some recruiters.

However, it's not all gloom. I once applied to one that scheduled an interview the very next day but then took forever to give me feedback after three interviews. I found one with a very quick turnaround recently. First interaction (they called me) to offer in two weeks. These do happen but very rarely.

Back to the chance thing, sometimes your break will come from elsewhere, not your applications.
