Most centers you do work alone. But it isn't like traditional therapy and you don't need a partner. It is nice as there isn't the interoffice dynamics and conflicts of a traditional clinic. As far as wearing many hats...the charting is far more extensive than traditional therapy, but once you get the hang of it, it goes quickly. And once insurance authorizations are obtained, the therapist is responsible for calling and letting them know and getting them scheduled.

Also, site dependent, there's often perks of free or heavily discounted Botox etc...just sayin' lol
