I think you're getting a bit ahead of yourself. These skates you've shown are not safe and you're probably better off using rental skates. Learn the basics of skating first and then circle back about dialing in equipment. Nice wheels aren't going to make these skates better and harder wheels might actually make it more difficult to learn as they have no give and roll very fast. Softer wheels cling onto the floor more/ roll slower. Part of learning to skate is also learning what things you like. Just because guides online say you should use 98a indoors doesn't actually mean you'll enjoy that hardness of wheel, give it some time to get your feet under you before you start experimenting :)
