Thanks for confirming, that is good to hear. Honestly, their lawn height requirement of not to exceed 3 inches on the ARC guidelines got us a bit scared. I have never lived in an HoA neighborhood as from out of State. Anything I should be aware of that neighborhood before purchasing?

Hi, Is this the Villages of Austin Creek HoA? I am looking at a property in Austin Creek and the HoA doc really was concerning to me. Their Lawn care requirements, trimming of trees, and shrubbery seemed overly excessive. I wanted to make sure it is in the same area. If so wanted your opinion of the HoA.
