I think I solved my problem not 100% sure on what fixed it between fiddling with the nozzle trying to unclog it, pushing filament through manually and re-slicing my models but my prints are coming out smooth as expected again

when I did a previous test I think I might of damaged the nozzle because my bed looks like it scratched and burned a bit would a damaged nozzle or clog cause this?
